Andover & North Andover MA Housing Update | March 2026
The spring market is officially here for the Andover area! Active home listings are up considerably since last month, with 35 active homes and 42 already under agreement.
While the median prices shifted lower (due to a mix of smaller homes being sold), the overall sales price remained above list price, increasing to 8% above list price. The price per square foot also rose significantly to over $400 a square foot, up 4% compared to earlier in the year.
The speed of the market increased dramatically, with only 8 days from the listing date to the initial offer. While there are more options for buyers in this area, competition remains high and there is plenty of demand for sellers.
